Privacy
Privacy, in plain words.
The app
PowerMail has no PowerMail account, no telemetry service and no PowerMail server, and it sends us nothing. Beyond the standard statistics the Microsoft Store provides to every developer, we keep no data about how you use the app. Your mail syncs directly between your PC and your mail provider, and is stored on your PC. When you use AI features, PowerMail sends the content they need to the endpoint you configured: a runtime on your own machine, or a cloud provider whose key you entered.
This page
Reading this page sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. It is served by the RAIKEN.io web server, whose hosting keeps the usual server logs; the RAIKEN.io privacy policy describes them.
The waitlist
When you join the waitlist, your browser sends your email address, the platforms you ticked, your optional note and your consent to the RAIKEN.io server. RAIKEN.io stores them together with your IP address and the time of signing up, and sends you one confirmation email. Submitting the form sets a session cookie on raiken.io, used only to stop repeated submissions within a few seconds.
RAIKEN.io uses this information only to contact you about PowerMail, for example when your invite is ready or when the platform you asked for ships. It is not shared or sold, and you are not added to a newsletter.
To see, correct or delete what is stored about you, or to leave the waitlist, contact RAIKEN.io using the details in the imprint. The RAIKEN.io privacy policy covers your rights in full.
